We are in need of some volunteer help to wrap up some of the final details of our fundraiser. Here are some times that are available along with the positions that we desperately need filled. 1. CVTV Volunteers to come out and pump up the kids each morning until the event. (2-3 Volunteers)
2. Registration/Pledge Packet Counting: Thursday, September 30 8:45 AM-TBD (5-10 Volunteers)
3. Silent Auction: Need 1 or 2 Volunteers to put donations together for the Silent Auction at the Race/Carnival. Staff table during the event. (1-2 Volunteers)
4. Race Bag Assembly: Tuesday, October 5, 2010, Time TBD (All the help we can get!)
5. T-Shirt Decorating @ the school: Thursday/Friday, October 7th & 8th, Time TBD (most likely in the afternoon) - (5 Volunteers)
6. Race Bag/Waiver Pick up: Thursday/Friday, October 7th & 8th, 1-2 hours after school (4-5 Volunteers)
7. Race Course Volunteers: Saturday, October 9, 2:00-4:00 PM (7-8 Volunteers)
8. Bounce houses at the carnival: Saturday,October 9, 3:30-7:00 (6 Volunteers) - High school kids are great! Tell them free pizza!
9. Day of race registration: Saturday, October 9, 1:30 pm-2:45 PM (3-5 Volunteers)
10. Day of Event Volunteers: Saturday, October 9, 3-7 PM. (15-20 volunteers)
